Badging Issues

If you are experiencing badge access issues (i.e. lost/damaged badge; building access), contact Security at (757) 269-5822 or email fso@jlab.org.

For building access issues, ensure training requirements are current and you have appropriate approvals for building access (email fso@jlab.org). For instructions on how to check training visit How do I check my training status?. You should contact your supervisor/host to determine building access requirements and approval.

If you require the issuance of a replacement badge, you may schedule a badging appointment at Jefferson Lab Badging Office link.

Appointment times are available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. The badging office is located at the SSC, Bldg. 28, Room 52.  

Reminder: Security and Badging staff are working remotely during MEDCON 4. Badging services will only be conducted with at least 24-hours advance scheduling and all access requirements completed.
