Travel Coordinators in all divisions may check the current registration status of all guests coming to their department/division, who have submitted a current registration form in our Electronic Access Registration System (EARS), by logging into JList and following the instructions below. Travel Coordinators can only see he guest registration status for those in their own department/division. The explanation of the shown registration status is included below. Travel Coordinators are responsible for communicating with their guests through the registration process and answering all questions pertaining to access for onsite and remote registering guests
If the guest is not listed, a registration has not been submitted to the system and you need to communicate to the guest they need to complete and submit the registration.
Checking the status of a Registration form:
- Log into JList
- Click JLab Guests

- Click ‘Travel Coordinator Guests’

- This will show you the status of all guests assigned to you that have completed the Access Portal information

Registration Status Definitions:
Sponsor Processing: Waiting on sponsor to approve
Registration form Guest Processing: The person has not completed the registration form. They will need to go back to their dashboard to complete the registration form
Requires Sponsor: Registration form needs to be sent to sponsor
Awaiting Upload: Registration is ready to be uploaded to JList
Outstanding Forms: Registration is completed, however, additional required forms are not complete. They will need to go back to their dashboard to complete the required forms
