In order for you to receive your badge, you must be approved to be on-site and ensure that all training requirements are complete. Training requirements are based on your role at Jefferson Lab. You are also required to provide proper identification, and non-U.S. citizens must submit current immigration documents. Following is a list of requirements and training based on Lab roles.

Employees	Must have the proper ID/Documents Must have minimum training: SAF100 - EH&S Orientation GEN034 - Annual Security Awareness GEN101 - Annual Standards of Conduct SAF003 - Work Safety at Jefferson Lab during MedCon Levels
Users	Registration and on-site access has been approved Must have the proper ID/Documents Must have minimum training: SAF100 - EH&S Orientation GEN034 - Annual Security Awareness SAF003 - Work Safety at Jefferson Lab during MedCon Levels
Undergraduate Users	Registration and on-site access has been approved Must have the proper ID/Documents Must have minimum training:  SAF100 - EH&S Orientation GEN034 - Annual Security Awareness SAF099 - Student Safety Training SAF003 - Work Safety at Jefferson Lab during MedCon Levels
Contractors	Registration and on-site access has been approved Must have the proper ID/Documents Must have minimum training: SAF100C - JLab Orientation for Construction Subcontractors
Contract Staff	Registration and on-site access has been approved Must have the proper ID/Documents Must have minimum training: SAF100 - EH&S Orientation GEN034 - Annual Security Awareness SAF003 - Work Safety at Jefferson Lab during MedCon Levels
ARC Commercial	Registration and on-site access has been approved Must have the proper ID/Documents
