When making Zoom calls on a Polycom system you may encounter the message below after inputting your meeting ID and Passcode.

This message occurs if the meeting you are trying to join is encrypted by the host.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Currently the Polycom Systems on site do not support the encryption type that Zoom uses so it is advised to not turn on encryption for a meeting where a Polycom will be used.
