The following commands are documented via standard unix manual pages. You can view the documentation for jget, for example, by running man jget on a supported machine (such as the ifarm).
- jcache - retrieve files from tape into /cache <-- In general, this is the command Users should be using
- jget - read files from tape (Note: generally you want to use jcache instead)
- jput - write files to tape
- jmirror - write a directory tree to tape
- jcancel - cancel one or more tape jobs
- jtar - a mechanism to bundle and archive 'stale' directory trees
