How To Log In and Transfer Files with Globus

Jefferson Lab Globus File Transfer Services

JLab Directory Mappings

Computing environment and pathGlobus path
LQCD /work/lqcd/work
LQCD /volatile/lqcd/volatile
LQCD /cache/lqcd/cache
FARM /work/expphy/work
FARM /volatile/expphy/volatile
FARM /cache/expphy/cache

NOTE: When accessing QCD  /work may require manually entered path to the desired directory. It will not auto populate all of the folders or files. It will be viewable upon accessing that directory.

Whitelisting endpoints:
If you have a need to whitelist the Globus endpoints then add the following information to your whitelist.
